About The Project
The Avery Park – Civil Works project, completed in 2023, focused on upgrading infrastructure to support the development of the park area. The work included the installation of 1.2 kilometers of 200mm sanitary main and 1.5 kilometers of 300mm watermain, along with necessary services to each lot. Additional improvements included the installation of 600mm HDPE culverts, drywells, and streetlight bases with conduit, getting the site ready for development.
