About The Project

The Avery Park – Earthworks project, completed between 2022 and 2023, was a large-scale earthmoving initiative focused on preparing the land for development. The project involved moving 600,000m³ of material onsite through cut/fill operations, topsoil removal, and replacement. Additionally, 1.2 kilometers of onsite roads were built to support future infrastructure, and native material was hauled to a crusher to produce 3” minus and 1” crush gravel. These extensive earthworks laid the groundwork for the continued development of Avery Park, ensuring a solid foundation for the next phases of the project.
