About The Project
The City of Penticton – PRV Replacement project focuses on upgrading key components of the city’s water infrastructure to enhance overall system efficiency. Starting in March 2025, the project involves installing new water pipes, improving roadways, and upgrading the Duncan Avenue Reservoir to ensure reliable water distribution for the community.
Project Highlights:
- Installing 500m of twin 900mm and 750mm ductile iron pipe on Kensington Street.

Installing 300m of 600mm, 450mm and 300mm pipe.

Over 4,500m2 of placing and compacting gravels for roads.
- Installing a new PRV inside an existing building located within the Duncan Avenue Reservoir.
- Upgrading Duncan Avenue reservoir inlet and outlet piping.
