About The Project

The Sokana Multi-Family Development project, completed in 2024, focused on preparing the site and installing key infrastructure for a new multi-family community. The work included extensive earthworks for site excavation and fill, along with the construction of load transfer platforms and structural footings. Additional tasks involved offsite civil works, such as building overbuild manholes for sewer systems and connecting a watermain.

Project Highlights:

11,000m3 of earthworks (excavations and site fill).
Sub-excavate CMC piles, cut off piles, backfill with import gravel for Load Transfer Platform (LTP).
Excavate, Sand and Backfill interior structural footings, mechanical and electrical pipe.
Offsite civil works included 2 overbuild manholes for sewers and a watermain hop tap connection.
