• 11,000m3 of earthworks (excavations and site fill).


• Sub-excavate CMC piles, cut off piles, backfill with import gravel for Load Transfer Platform (LTP).


• Excavate, Sand, and backfill interior structural footings, mechanical and electrical pipe.


• Offsite civil works included 2 overbuild manholes for sewers and a watermain hot tap connection.

• 10,000m3 of excavation to onsite stockpile for sediment pond


• Supply and install pond liner, which included 3 layers – Nonwoven Geotextile, LLDPE Geomembrane Liner, and Double-Sided Geo-Composite.


• Place and compact sand on top of liner.


• Supply and install 1800mm boxed concrete manhole c/w sluice gate.

Scope of Work: Earthworks, Civil

• Supply and Installation of over 10,000 meters of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) supply mains and distribution mains to service individual fields. 


• Over 100+ 25mm to 50mm service connections to existing services.


• Supply and Installation of two new pressure reducing valve (PRV) stations.


• 8000m2 of gravel road restoration.


• Accessibility upgrades to the existing reservoir.

Location: Penticton

Scope of Work: Earthworks, Civil

• Installing 500m of twin 900mm and 750mm ductile iron pipe on Kensington Street.


• Installing 300m of 600mm, 450mm, and 300mm pipe.


• Over 4500m2 of placing and compacting gravels for roads.


• Installing a new PRV inside an existing building located within the Duncan Avenue Reservoir.


• Upgrading Duncan Avenue reservoir inlet and outlet piping.
