Avery Industrial Park Earthworks - Reclamation of Old Weyerhaeuser Mill Site
Client: Avery Group
Location: Okanagan Falls
Scope of Work: Earthworks
- 600,000m3 of material moved onsite. cut/fill, topsoil removal and replacement.
- Build 1.2km of onsite roads.
- Haul native material to crusher to produce 3” minus and 1” crush gravel.
Jubilee Road & Watermain Improvements
Client: District of Summerland
Location: Summerland
Scope of Work: Earthworks, Civil
- Replace existing 200mm Cast Iron watermain with PVC.
- Remove and replace road structure gravels c/w Asphalt.
- Install concrete curbs, letdowns, and sidewalk.
- Install Streetlight conduit c/w concrete bases.

Dale Meadows Road & Watermain Improvements
Client: District of Summerland
Location: Summerland
Scope of Work: Earthworks, Civil
- Replace existing 200mm AC watermain with 700m of 200mm PVC
- Replace residential water services and tie-in to new watermain.
- Remove and replace road gravels c/w asphalt.
- Install Lock Block wall for slope stabilization.
- Widen and extend park pathways, install new pathway surface fine gravels.
Lower Similkameen Indian Band Elementary School
Client: Lower Similkameen Indian Band
Location: Cawston / Similkameen
Scope of Work: Earthworks, Building Preparation, Civil, Landscape
- 20,000m3 of earthworks.
- Sub excavate building area and replace with import gravel for footings.
- Excavate, Sand, and backfill interior mechanical and electrical.
- Install twin HDPE watermain (Domestic & Fire water).
- Over 800m of landscape drainage perf pipe.
Sokana Multi-Family Development
Client: Kerkhoff Construction
Location: Penticton
Scope of Work: Site Excavation and Fill, building scope relating to structural, mechanical, and electrical, onsite and offsite civil,
- 11,000m3 of earthworks (excavations and site fill).
- Sub-excavate CMC piles, cut off piles, backfill with import gravel for Load Transfer Platform (LTP).
- Excavate, Sand, and backfill interior structural footings, mechanical and electrical pipe.
- Offsite civil works included 2 overbuild manholes for sewers and a watermain hot tap connection.
Dale Meadows & Watermain Improvements - Phase 2

Scope of Work: Earthworks, Civil
- Replace existing 200mm AC watermain with 600m of 250mm PVC & HDPE pipe.
- Replace residential water services and tie-in to new watermain.
- Remove and replace road structural gravels c/w asphalt.
- Horizontal directional drilling under creek crossing.

Location: Revelstoke
Scope of Work: Earthworks, Civil, Shallow utilities, Street lights
- 19,000m3 of material moved onsite – cut/fills, topsoil removal and replacement.
- Install 700m of 250-300mm sanitary main c/w services to each lot.
- Install 475m of 250mm watermain c/w services to each lot.
- Install 300-600mm HDPE culverts, drywells.
- Construct 500m of onsite road c/w road gravels and asphalt paving.
- Construct onsite and offsite MUP.
- Streetlight bases c/w conduit.
